About Me

Welcome! Thanks for taking the time to visit my blog and for finding out a bit more about me. I am Jennifer and I have been happily married to my high school sweetheart, Jason, for sixteen years. We are the proud parents of four fun and spunky potatoes - three the old fashioned way and our most recent additions adopted from China in January 2014 and December 2015 (we were also foster parents for two years). Our current blessings are Jordan (age 14), Carson (age 12), Corinne (age 9), Justin (age 3), and Cami (age 3), and we couldn't be more proud or feel more blessed that God chose us to be their parents. In my past life (before kids) I was a teacher, but am now a stay-at-home homeschooling mom.  My passions are homeschooling, international and special needs adoption, and orphan and foster care.  In my spare time I enjoy my volunteer work for No Hands But Ours and Love Without Boundaries. Jason is a web developer for a large corporate company, but his favorite job is being a dad. We are both followers of Jesus striving each day to know Him better and become more like Him.
